Privacy Policy

We want families to understand what information our website uses and the choices available to them.

Information We Collect

With a visitor's consent, we use limited, aggregate analytics such as page visits, device type, and general site performance information. This helps us understand which resources are useful and identify technical issues.

When someone submits a contact, inquiry, or feedback form, we collect the information they choose to provide so the appropriate FBCS staff member can respond. Public visitors do not need an account, and we do not collect public-user account data.

Contact Forms and Abuse Prevention

Information you enter in a contact form — such as your name, email address, and message — is used solely so the appropriate FBCS staff member can respond to your inquiry.

To protect staff inboxes from spam, phishing, and automated email relay attacks, we also capture the submitter's IP address on every form submission. IP addresses are used to limit the number of submissions from a single source within a given time period, to detect and block suspicious or automated submissions, and to investigate potential abuse.

Submission details — including the IP address, the email address entered, the recipient, and whether the submission was flagged as suspicious — are stored in a secure audit log. These logs are accessible only to authorized administrators and are retained for a limited period for security and auditing purposes. They are never sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This website is intended for parents, guardians, prospective families, and the general public. It is not directed to children under 13, and FBCS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the FBCS office so we can review the concern.

Your Choice and How to Opt Out

On a first public visit, choose Accept or Decline in the privacy banner. Your choice is saved in this browser so the site remembers your preference. Clearing browser storage will cause the banner to appear again.

If you decline, optional analytics are not enabled for your visit. Functional browser storage may still be used when necessary for core site features, security, and remembering your privacy choice.

How We Use Information

Analytics information is used only to maintain site reliability, understand general usage trends, and improve access to school information. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention and Service Provider

Website hosting and analytics are managed through the Base44 platform. Platform data follows Base44's applicable security and retention practices. FBCS keeps submitted form information only as needed to respond, maintain school records, and meet legal obligations.
