Requirements to Play
All paperwork must be in before the first game/meet of the season.
Current Insurance Card
We need a photocopy of your athlete's medical insurance card (front & back) every year. Drop it at the office, or scan/email it to sfure@fourthbaptist.org or sstephens@fourthbaptist.org.
Sports Clearance Physical
Sports Physicals (MSHSL Sports Clearance) are required every three years. In the off-years, the Annual Health Questionnaire must be completed and signed by both parent and athlete. Submit only page 1 to the school office.
Immunization Updates
Due to the FBCS office by the first day of school. Verify with your child's doctor that vaccinations are up to date. Bring/email any new immunization records to sfure@fourthbaptist.org.
Sportswalk — Our Annual Fundraiser
Sportswalk is the primary fundraising event for our athletics program — funding new uniforms, equipment, and tournament travel. All students in grades 6–12 are invited to participate, even if they don't play sports. Students must raise at least $100 to participate, and $125 for the Sportswalk T-shirt.
All student-athletes are expected to participate, or an additional $100 will be charged to their school account. We aim to raise $35K through this event this year!
Event Date
The annual FBCS Sportswalk will take place on Wednesday, September 16th.
Who Participates
This event is open to all students in grades 6–12, and participation is mandatory for all athletes.
Event Purpose
All funds raised will support Warrior Athletics by covering expenses like athletic training services, Hudl live-streaming, new uniforms, tournament travel, trainer at varsity games, and training equipment.
Fundraising Requirements
Each participant is asked to collect at least $100 in donations from family and friends, which can be turned in on the day of the walk or donated online.
Exciting Prizes
All participants will receive a free pizza lunch, and those raising at least $125 can earn a commemorative Sportswalk T-shirt, ice cream treats for their class, or a $25 Visa card for top individual fundraising from each class.
How to Get Involved
Beyond student participation, parents are invited to volunteer their time to help serve snacks and refreshments at the event's rest stops. Contact Mrs. Sarah Stephens if you can help.
Part-Time (Homeschool) Student Participation
Homeschool students are welcome to participate in FBCS athletics as space within our programs is available. The MCAC Homeschool Athletic Participation form must be fully completed at the beginning of the season. Athletes playing more than one sport only need to fill it out once.

2026 Crusader Classic JH Soccer & Volleyball Tournament
1st place2026 JH Girls Blue Volleyball are Champions! JH 7th-8th Soccer Team eliminated in second round.
2026 Varsity Boys Volleyball MCAC Tournament
Champions!1st ever boys volleyball champions through MCAC
2026 Varsity Boys Basketball — MCAC Tournament
6thSeeded #4 in Tier 1. With several players battling illness and injury, the boys finished 6th overall.
2026 Varsity Girls Basketball — MCAC Tournament
Played in the Tier 2 tournament; eliminated in the first round.
2026 Faith Varsity Basketball Tournament
2ndBoys lost a thrilling 52–57 championship game vs. St. Francis to take 2nd place. All-Tournament Team: Lukyn Williams, Grant Vikander. Girls fell 22–30 in consolation vs. SE Nebraska Dragonflies.
2026 JH Boys Blue Basketball — NSPSL Tier 2
4thPlayed hard, finished 4th place.
2026 JH Girls Basketball — NSPSL Tournament
2ndSeeded #7 going in, the girls fought hard and never gave up. Finished 2nd place — an amazing run!
2026 JH Boys White Basketball — NSPSL Tier 2
3rdWon their opener and ultimately finished 3rd place.
2025 FBCS Spikefest!
Varsity Girls Volleyball earned the Consolation Trophy at Spikefest on Oct. 4.
2025 Midwest Fall Invitational @ Faith Baptist Bible College
Varsity Boys Soccer finished 4th. Varsity Girls Volleyball won their consolation final. All-Tournament: Grant Vikander, Lauren Stephens.

2nd / 4thSoccer: 4th in Tier 1 — All-Conference 1st Team: Asher Zderchuk, Grant Vikander, Caleb Reis; 2nd Team: Tyler Stephens. Volleyball: 2nd in Tier 2 — All-Conference 1st Team: Lauren Stephens; 2nd Team: Megan Page.
