I grew up in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. After graduating from high school, I attended St. Cloud State University with no real direction in life. It was there, through the witness of a longtime friend and a campus ministry he got involved with, I came to understand my need for a Savior. In my college dorm room, fully aware of all the sin around me, I asked Christ to save me.
Peggie and I were married a couple years later. We both had good jobs, but the Lord made it clear that I needed to finish my education. We returned to Bob Jones University. I have taught for one year in Michigan, nine years in Pennsylvania, eleven years in Brainerd, and five years at Fourth Baptist. I have helped young people come to know and serve the Lord with the talents God has given them.
